PDBC Revved Up! and Fired Up!

PDBC Revved Up! is an advanced intermediate performance paddling crew for female athletes over the age of 50.

PDBC Fired Up! is an intermediate performance program for athletes, both male and female, over the age of 50.

Athletes are required to have previous paddling experience in order to join these crews. The ideal teammate is strongly committed to participating in year-round training, in order to make our crews one of the fastest senior crews in the Ontario regatta circuit.

*Please note that this is an advanced intermediate program so athletes must be selected to compete with us.

Indoor Perg sessions @ Paddle Zone
November 2nd, 2025 - April 8th, 2026

Bi-Weekly Sundays, 9:00am - 11:00am
Every Wednesday, 7:30pm - 9:00 pm (optional)

Sunday Pool Paddling @ Afterburn Fitness Centre
November 9th, 2025 - April 12th, 2026

Bi-Weekly, Sundays, 9:00am - 10:00am

No sessions Dec 22rd - Jan 2nd inclusive

Summer:

Dragon Boat Practices @ Frenchman’s Bay Marina
May 6th, 2026 - August 24th, 2026

Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

No practice July 1st, 2026

Fees:

Annual, Full - $1,600.00
Full program includes Sunday & Wednesday PERG (winter), Sunday pool (winter), and all dragon boat programming (summer)

Annual, Partial - $1,070.00
Full Sunday program (winter) and full dragon boat program (summer)
