PDBC Light
PDBC Light is a mixed dragon boat crew for paddlers over 50 years of age. This program is ideal for athletes who have been absent from the sport for several years, as well as beginners with a desire to learn about paddling in a dragon boat. PDBC Light will begin their season in mid-April with 1 indoor pool session and 2 indoor paddle (PERG) sessions.

- Pool Paddling @ Afterburn Fitness Centre
- PERG Paddling @ Alkame Paddle Zone
- Dragon Boat Practices @ Frenchman’s Bay Marina
- Participation in 1 regatta
